Devils Food Mini Bundts for #bundtbakers

My Birthday was last month and I turned 50. It was a big milestone for a birthday, but I wanted to keep it low key. That is how I am with most of my birthdays. I like low key, no fuss no muss. The family didnt want it to go unnoticed and make me a wonderful dinner and a few small gifts. Things they know I would like.

Like the mini bundt pan I had my eye on at William Sonoma for quite some time.  I also got some new pot holders and other kitchen gadgets.  Which brings me to this recipe, and my mini bundt cakes.  I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did.

Those are so cute! I really need to invest in a good bundt pan. The tube pan I use is an antique! Any suggestions on a good quality bundt pan? Thank you!

ps – One of my favorite cakes lately is the Caramel Pound Cake =)

I like a big fuss from my family, but not anything like a party. Like you, I often end up baking for myself–why not when we can do such a better job? 😉 These look wonderful!

This is one pan that I am lacking, so I am going to have to rectify that soon as these look so good. Belated happy birthday to you.
