Ranch Potato Salad

I have been looking for the illusive blue potato.

Every time I go to the grocery store, I look for them but they always seem to be out.

I did find a bag of blue red and yellow waxy potatoes, great for cold potato salad.

This is the perfect recipe for our Labor Day Cook Out Recipes for #Sunday Supper.

Such a pretty potato salad with all the colors of the potatoes. I love the purple ones and wish they would be in my local store more often too.

You might want to try your search for blue potatoes at a local farmers’ market. Your potato salad sounds great!

That is so pretty! I wish places round here sold a greater variety of potatoes; all I ever seem to find are anaemic-looking ones! Even sweet potatoes are something of a novelty.

Love your pics and presentation. We bought some blue/purple potatoes at an FM once and we found them to be quite starchy. Definitely not good for mashed potatoes! Made a gluey mess ! Lol. Happy Labor Day!
