For my Taste of Home Cookbook Contest,
the winner is……
number 286. So the winner of the cookbook is Jeanne Johnson. I have contacted her.
Congratulations!
Congratulations!
Stay tuned because next month there will be another give away. It will be the Taste of Home Christmas edition. My Arabian Spiced Nuts will be featured. You can find them on page 111.
Good Luck.
I love peanut butter cups.
I also love brownies.
So I came up with the idea to combine the two.
I am so glad I did.
These are moist and delicious, with a surprise peanut butter middle.
These have peanut goodness in the middle.
They are surrounded by ooey gooey chocolate goodness.
I am not sure if life can get any better than this.
It is chocolate bliss as I know it.
Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Bites
2 cups white sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
12 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a mixer combine sugar, butter, cocoa, vanilla, eggs, flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder.
Line muffins tins with cupcake liners and pour half the batter into each muffin tin. Add a peanut butter cup and pour the rest of the batter over the top,
Bake for 15 -20 minutes. Try to allow to cool before digging in.
Peace be with you,
Veronica

These look wonderful!! I only wish I could get some mini Reese’s peanut butter cups. Guess I have to just drop a scoop of peanut butter in the batter instead.
